Radio Show, Grammy Nomination, and a new record!
I was recently on ‘Give the Drummer Some’ radio, a live internet-radio show affiliated with WFMU and hosted by Dave Sewelson. I had a great time talking with my fellow baritonist and brought in a couple hours worth of music from the pile of things i’ve been listening to the last couple years. If you want to hear the music and hear the chat you can check it out here:
In other exciting news an album I played on, ‘Bianca Reimagined’ from Dan Pugach is nominated for a Grammy award. The Grammy’s are February 2nd, so we’ll find out then if we are Grammy winners or not. Either way, its a pretty amazing album worth hearing.

And in more personal news I am looking to release this year a solo sax album recorded live in Prospect Park’s tunnels. I played a sneak peak track in the radio show above if you’re interested, but keep an eye out for the upcoming ‘Archmusic’ - or if you happen to be a record label that wants to put it out. Hey, let me know.
